Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.Pay Range: $89250  - $115500 What’s in it for youLead end-to-end financial operations across a large or multi-site portfolio.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes that support strategic decisions.Analyze financial performance and deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency.Create and present client-specific financial reports aligned with Project Clear requirements.Partner with senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor supporting growth initiatives.Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to enhance financial performance.Support financial systems, cashless technology, and POS tools while guiding adoption and usage.What you’ll bring Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts.Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.Background leading closing cycles, consolidations, and compliance-focused reporting.Leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting financial capability development.Communication and executive presence suited for client-facing and senior leadership interactions.RequirementsEducation Requirement: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field or equivalent experienceRelated Experience: 3 yearsWhat we offerCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
